Cement rotary kiln
Product introduction: cement rotary kiln is the main equipment of cement clinker dry and wet production line, mainly used for
calcining cement clinker, divided into dry cement kiln and wet cement kiln. Widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, building
refractories, environmental protection and other industries. Strong structure, smooth operation, high quality kiln products, and can
provide users with advanced high-efficiency vertical tube preheater, five-stage cyclone preheater. When the cement rotary kiln is in
normal operation, the main drive motor transmits power to the open gear device through the main reducer to drive the rotary kiln. The
material is calcined from the end of the kiln (the high end of the cylinder) into the kiln. Due to the tilt and slow rotation of the cylinder,
the material not only tumbles in the circumferential direction but also moves along the axis (from the high end to the low end), and
the clinker is cooled into the cooler through the kiln head cover. The fuel is injected into the kiln from the head of the kiln, and the
waste gas from combustion is exchanged with the material, and then derived from the end of the kiln. Suitable for cement, cement
brick, refractory material, clay, bentonite and other materials.

Optimized structure: The overall structure is optimized and designed to solve common problems such as material return at the kiln
tail and dust leakage.


High-efficiency and energy-saving ball mill, when working, the motor and reducer transmit the torque to thelarge and small gears of the ball mill, so as to make the ball mill cylinder rotate. The remaining part of the steel balls will fall and generate friction and mix with the material as the cylinder rotates and keep colliding and grinding with the material to grind the material to a certain fineness, the coarse material will enter from the inlet and the fine material will be discharged from the outlet due to the fluidity of the material, so as to complete the grinding operation.
