Product Description

NITROGEN DRIP DOSING FILLING MACHINE

The liquid nitrogen drip dosing filling machine is an ultra efficient nitrogen injection system designed for production lines from low to high speed, accurately injecting liquid nitrogen into each container vessel. The injected liquid nitrogen immediately vaporizes into internal pressure, meeting the requirements for pressurization and deoxygenation.

Liquid nitrogen is transported from the storage tank to the storage tank of the filling machine through a vacuum insulated tube. After gas-liquid separation and purification, the liquid nitrogen is supplied to the filling head for injection of a certain amount of liquid nitrogen. The liquid nitrogen injection system uses a speed sensor to monitor the speed of the production line, and a container sensor to detect the presence of the container, injecting liquid nitrogen into the product container using speed synchronous injection technology. The entire nitrogen injection process is controlled by a programmable logic controller, sensors, and a human-machine interface.
